Resourcery Group Limited in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Management Accountant for an initial 3–6 month contract, with potential to move to a permanent role. You will produce monthly management accounts, perform P&L and balance sheet reporting, and deliver insightful financial analysis to support commercial decisions across the business.

Qualifications

• Qualified or part-qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or QBE.
• Experience as a Management Accountant.
• Strong management accounting and month-end experience.
• Excellent Excel skills and strong analytical ability.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L and balance sheet reporting.
• Complete month-end journals, including accruals, prepayments and depreciation.
• Carry out balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Analyse financial performance against budget, forecast and previous periods.
• Produce financial and margin analysis for senior management.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Assist with audit requirements and maintain strong financial controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and efficiencies.
• Support wider finance activities as required.
