Job summary

We Do Group, partnering with a multinational organisation near Richmond, seeks a fully qualified Management Accountant to join its finance team.

You will own monthly management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, and perform revenue, margin and cost analysis, with balance sheet control and KPI reporting. Advanced Excel is essential; ERP systems and Power BI experience would be highly beneficial. 4 days in office / 1 day WFH.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified and able to demonstrate strong management accounting experience.
• Experience in a complex multinational or multi-entity environment is required.
• Advanced Excel skills essential for analysis and reporting.
• ERP systems experience and Power BI knowledge are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts for the business.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across entities.
• Perform revenue, margin and cost analysis to drive decisions.
• Maintain balance sheet control and integrity.
• Generate management reporting and KPI analysis for leadership.
• Drive process improvements and reporting automation initiatives.
