We’re partnering with a growing new homes developer looking to add a Management Accountant to their lean, fast-moving finance team. This is a rare opportunity for a finance professional who wants broad exposure across a business and real influence over financial operations.

About the Role:

• Prepare management accounts, statutory accounts, and support year-end processes across multiple SPVs and group companies.
• Work closely with the MD and senior management, gaining insight into all aspects of the business.
• Support insurance renewals and other finance initiatives as needed.
• Opportunity to develop into a senior finance position as the business grows.

About You:

• ACA/ACCA qualified with 1-2 years PQE, ideally with a mix of audit and industry experience.
• Hands‑on, flexible, and comfortable in a small team environment where your work has real impact.
• Experience in a housebuilding or property development environment is highly desirable.
• Enjoys working closely with operational teams rather than within rigid PLC structures.
