Job summary

Universal Music Group is seeking a qualified Management Accountant to oversee the day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for specific business units. The role requires ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualifications and strong analytical skills, alongside SOX compliance experience.

Key responsibilities include managing month end processes, maintaining the general ledger, and liaising with auditors. The position is full-time in London and offers a variety of benefits including private medical insurance and a group pension scheme.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with an accounting background.
• Sarbanes-Oxley experience essential.
• Strong understanding of P&L accounts and balance sheets.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for month end close including cash flow commentary.
• Maintain general ledger and manage reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley control environment.

Skills
