Our client, a well‑established and growing business based in West Bromwich, is seeking a talented Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to take ownership of monthly reporting, support strategic decision‑making, and play a key role in driving business performance.

Key responsibilities of the Management Accountant:
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing insightful financial commentary to management.
  • Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Assist with cash flow management and reporting.
  • Liaise with auditors during year‑end and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Drive process improvements across financial reporting and controls.
  • Partner with operational teams to support decision‑making and performance monitoring.
Key essentials of the Management Accountant:
