Description

• Prepare and present monthly management accounts including variance analysis and performance reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Conducting cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
• Oversee reconciliations and manage the month-end process.
• Support the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Stock analysis

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• A recognised accounting qualification or equivalent experience in Accounting & Finance. (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Proven expertise in preparing management accounts and financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
