Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a finance professional to support the property accounting team. You will work alongside the property department and report into an accounting supervisor as part of the wider accounts function.

The role focuses on month-end processes, maintaining property databases, and analysing prepayments and accruals against budgets. You’ll identify errors, produce regular reports, and assist multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Balance sheet reconciliations experience (1–2 years) and willingness to learn.
• Part qualified professional qualification.
• Hard working and willing to learn is essential.
• Intermediate Excel skills and confident with formulas.

Job Description

The Role: To work alongside the property department and reporting into an accounting supervisor, as part of the wider accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure completion of month-end processes within deadline.
• Maintaining global property databases.
• Analysing prepayments and accruals against a budget.
• To identify potential error’s and create monthly reports against accounting standards.
• Ad-hoc project analysis and reporting.
• Support multiple departments across the business.
• To work with external consultants on implementation of systems and improvements.
• Working as part of a team of 7 to process the monthly costs for all of our properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 year’s experience in a finance role dealing with balance sheet reconciliations
• Part qualified professional qualification
• Hard working and willingness to learn is essential
• Minimum intermediate excel skills and be confident with formula’s
• Organised and determined to succeed
