The Role

Responsibilities of the Management Accountant
  • Lead the month‑end process, including preparing management accounts and providing clear variance analysis.
  • Report and communicate financial performance to stakeholders across the business.

  • Contribute to cost control, compliance, audit preparation and ad hoc financial projects.
Requirements of the Management Accountant

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels.
