Job summary

Field, based in London, is seeking a Management Accountant to join the Core Finance team to lead monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and to help automate financial processes, including embedding AI models within finance workflows.

You will support the Head of Finance and Systems with robust month-end delivery, strong financial controls and insightful reporting; responsibilities include managing management accounts, journals, revenue and cost control, and GL reconciliations while coordinating

Qualifications

• Must have experience with month-end close and financial reporting across monthly, quarterly and annual cycles.
• Experience with GL reconciliations and journal postings.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.

Overview

The Management Accountant will primarily support the Core Finance team with the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for the group. As part of the reporting responsibilities, you will be responsible for developing and improving financial processes to further automate existing processes. Embedding AI models within finance workflows.

Your role will be to provide support across the finance operations by supporting the Head of Finance and Systems with a focus on robust month-end delivery, strong financial controls, and insightful reporting. You will be preparing management accounts, monthly journals, revenue and cost management, and GL reconciliations . This is a wide-ranging role and will require the ability to manage a range of stakeholders to deliver to tight timelines.
