Job summary

Henderson Scott are partnering with a rapidly growing UK brand to appoint a Management Accountant/Finance Business Partner in Greater London. You will work with Operations and Supply Chain to build robust reporting and enable smarter decision making.

The role requires an accounting qualification and experience in FMCG or consumer products, with strong data analysis and the ability to translate insights on gross margins, costs and shipping into commercial actions.

Qualifications

• Accounting qualification required (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent).
• Experience in FMCG or consumer products.
• Strong data analysis and commercial finance experience.

Henderson Scott are working exclusively with a rapidly scaling business that are looking for a Management Account/Finance Business Partner to work closely with Operations and Supply Chain. As Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for building out the reporting and implementing processes and controls allowing the business to continue its growth journey. Working alongside the the Operations and Supply Chain Teams you will be driving valuable commercial insight, reviewing gross margin, reporting on products, costs and shipping allowing. With a direct line to the Founders and Senior leaders this role will be critical to shaping strategy moving forwards.
Successful applicants will hold an accounting qualification and have experience of working in either FMCG or a consumer product environment. Commercial finance experience and the ability to deal with large data sets will be key in this role.
