Multisite Hospitality - London (3 days onsite)

CMC Consulting is proud to be partnering with a vibrant, multi-site hospitality group based in London. Our client is seeking a hands-on, experienced finance professional to join the team and assist with the smooth running of the management accounts process. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your expertise will ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of accurate financial reporting.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist with the production of monthly management accounts.
• Post journals, including accruals, prepayments, and depreciation.
• Support the annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide clear, insightful commentary to aid decision-making.
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and working capital monitoring.
• Reconcile key balance sheet accounts
• Manage supplier payment runs and reconcile supplier statements.
• Maintain purchase ledger records in compliance with internal controls.
• Contribute to internal and external audit processes by preparing required documentation.
• Identify and support improvements to financial systems and processes.

Skills & Experience Required

• Part-qualified accountant ACCA, CIMA
• Previous experience within a multi-site organisation and relevant finance experience is a must
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• High attention to detail with strong accuracy in work.
