Benjamin Edwards are recruiting for a Management Accountant for a successful business based on the outskirts of Grantham. The successful candidate must have experience in management accounts production, variance analysis and working with non-financial stakeholders. The role is initially for a 6 month contract with the opportunity for it to be extended and made permanent for the right candidate. To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record using large data exports to generate insightful analysis to support decision-making. The ideal candidate is someone who can work independently as well as in a team environment, has strong communication skills and has the confidence to ask for help when needed and challenge non-financial stakeholders. The role sits within a small team so offers variety but requires you to be flexible and work closely with and support other team members when needed. The role is hybrid working one day from home.
