Marks Sattin is partnering with a rapidly growing live events, hospitality and entertainment business in the UK. The role focuses on month-end processing, balance sheet reconciliations and P&L analysis, with responsibility for reporting accuracy and business KPIs.

You will collaborate with ticketing, forecasting and budgeting teams, support statutory accounts and audits, and design dashboards to drive efficiencies across multiple sites.

Competenze

• ACA/CA/ACCA qualification required or equivalent.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Able to anticipate problems and act proactively.
• Available immediately or at short notice.

Mansioni

• Prepare month-end process including balance sheet reconciliations, P&L variance analysis, cashflow, business KPIs and commentary.
• Liaise with ticketing team and manage ticket reporting process.
• Involvement with ongoing forecasting & budgeting process as required.
• Assist with preparation of statutory accounts and external audit.
• Designing and improving reporting dashboards and management information.
• Streamlining processes across multiple sites and business functions.
• Supporting systems and process improvement initiatives.
• Reviewing commercial and operational data to drive efficiencies.
• Working with stakeholders across finance, operations, marketing and venue management.
• Taking ownership of projects from initial scoping through to implementation.

We're partnering with a rapidly growing business in the live events, hospitality and entertainment sector. They're entering an exciting period of growth, including the launch of a new venue and a number of business-critical finance and operational projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of month end process including balance sheet reconciliations, P&L variance analysis, cashflow, business KPIs and commentary
• Liaise with ticketing team and manage ticket reporting process
• Involvement with ongoing forecasting & budgeting process as required
• Assist with preparation of statutory accounts and external audit
• Designing and improving reporting dashboards and management information
• Streamlining processes across multiple sites and business functions
• Supporting systems and process improvement initiatives
• Reviewing commercial and operational data to drive efficiencies
• Working with stakeholders across finance, operations, marketing and venue management

Successful Candidate

• Newly qualified accountant (ACA, CA or ACCA)
• Be comfortable working in a fast paced and changing environment
• Proactive approach to work, able to pre-empt problems before they occur
• Available immediately or at short notice
