The Best Connection Eastbourne is currently recruiting an experienced Management Accountant to join our client in Eastbourne on a permanent basis.

We're recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a dynamic team in Eastbourne. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday), with flexibility required during peak periods.

Our client is a leading manufacturer with 17 production sites across the UK and Europe Serving a wide range of sectors, they are known for their operational excellence and continuous growth. As the business expands, they're seeking innovative, energetic, and collaborative individuals to strengthen their finance function.

As a Management Accountant, you'll play a key role in supporting financial operations and decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Approving purchase invoices and analysing profitability
  • Calculating invoice accruals and monthly WIP valuations
  • Conducting job costing and customer profitability analysis
  • Partnering with the site General Manager
  • Reviewing site P& Ls and collating month-end data
  • Providing ad hoc financial analysis and reporting
