Overview

Management Accountant - Doncaster

Salary: £39,000+ (depending on experience). Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00. Location: Doncaster.

What You'll Do

• Manage the financial operations of a £50m turnover business and several smaller entities (~£1.5m each)
• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Oversee cash flow, financial control, and reporting
• Support strategic business decisions and drive improvements
• Manage year-end processes and liaison with auditors
• Lead and develop a team of two finance professionals

Who You Are

• Fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Experienced in management accounting for multi-entity or high-turnover businesses
• Confident leading a team and influencing senior management
• Commercially minded, proactive, and detail-focused
• Looking for a role with real autonomy and impact
