Summary

Medlock Partners are delighted to be exclusively partnering our client, a rapidly expanding SME business based in the Lancashire area as they look to appoint an ambitious Management Accountant as part of a recent restructure.

Reporting directly into the Financial Controller and managing a team of two, the Management Accountant will produce the Management Accounts, cash management and transactional processing for a main division of this exciting Group.

Main Responsibilities

• Production of the management accounts for main division of the Group
• Overseeing the collection of debt on a timely basis in conjunction with the account’s assistants
• Overseeing the purchase ledger for Leisureplex including ensuring purchase ledger transactions comply with VAT legislation
• Submit quarterly VAT returns for division and process VAT payments in accordance with HMRC legislation
• Ensuring the Leisureplex bank accounts are fully reconciled every month
