Job summary

HSO Group B.V. in the United Kingdom is seeking a seasoned Managed Service Optimisation Delivery Manager to lead small and medium changes, enhancements and optimisation work across our managed service customers.

You will build and deliver optimisation backlogs, collaborate with Customer Teams, PMO and stakeholders, and ensure delivery excellence, on time and within budget, while providing clear reporting and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer-facing delivery activity in managed services or change delivery environments.
• Strong planning, coordination, and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Good commercial awareness including budget tracking, profitability, and risk identification.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for assigned optimisation projects.
• Build, manage, and deliver customer optimisation backlogs.
• Monitor budgets, utilisation, and potential overruns; provide clear forecasts.
