Job summary

Bolton NHS Foundation Trust invites a self-motivated Mammographer to join our busy Breast Imaging Service at Bolton Royal Hospital and satellite sites. You will undertake high-quality mammography, support CPD, and collaborate with Enhanced and Advanced Practitioners.

Applicants should hold a PG Cert in Mammography Practice, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and contribute to service development and quality improvement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• PG Cert in Mammography Practice required.
• Ability to work within a busy Breast Imaging Service.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard mammography for patients and clients.
• Assist in interventional procedures with Enhanced/Advanced Practitioners.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly QC tests and report issues.
• Engage in self-assessment, peer review and CPD for service improvement.
