Job summary

InHealth invites applications for a Mammographer role based at the Jarvis Centre, Guildford, with opportunities to split time between the centre and mobile screening units.

The ideal candidate will hold a BSc in Radiography and a PG Cert in Mammography, be HCPC registered, and demonstrate strong communication and collaborative skills to support a patient-centred screening service.

Responsibilities

• Take high-quality mammograms and contribute to the Quality Assurance Programme.
• Participate in Assessment Clinics, including stereotactic biopsies.
• Mentor and support Assistant Practitioners in their development.
• Work across mobile screening sites and ensure supplies and equipment are ready.
• Stay up to date with breast imaging trends and techniques.
• Deliver care with empathy, helping nervous or anxious clients feel at ease.
• Maintain all clinical and quality assurance records, including CPD portfolio.

Location: Jarvis Centre, Guildford | Salary: Competitive | Hours: 15, 22.5, 30 or 37.5 hours considered
