A health care provider in the East Midlands is seeking Male Support Workers to deliver outstanding care at their facility. The role involves working 38.5 hours weekly, providing emotional and physical support to service users, and maintaining a safe environment. We are looking for confident Male Support Workers with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You'll be working 38.5 hours a week (days/nights/alternate weekends), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Hospital Derby.
Shift patterns are 2 weeks of day shifts (7:30 am – 8 pm) and 2 weeks of night shifts (7:30 pm – 8 am) (rota includes week 1 x 33 hours and week 2 x 44 hours).
Due to a genuine occupational need and the demands of the service, we are only able to accept male applicants for this role.

Cygnet Hospital Derby provides low secure and mental health rehabilitation care based on the Recovery Model. The integrated male care pathway includes Litchurch Ward and the Wyvern Unit. Alvaston Ward is a specialist female personality disorder service.
Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
