As a Support Worker, you'll help people live independently, safely, and happily by supporting them with:

Responsibilities
  • Personal care and daily routines
  • Shopping, cooking, and household tasks
  • Getting out and about in the community
  • Building relationships and improving wellbeing
  • Providing practical and emotional support to individuals with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, or those facing challenges due to age or illness
  • Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene)
  • Supporting with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and shopping
  • Helping with medication and health appointments
  • Encouraging social interaction and participation in activities
  • Providing emotional reassurance and companionship
  • Promoting independence, dignity, and choice
