Job summary

Remedy Education are seeking a Male SEN Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with students aged 11-18 at a Greenwich SEN secondary school. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, with a focus on PMLD and ASD support. The position requires prior SEN experience and a proactive, adaptive approach to learning.

The role starts ASAP and continues through the academic year. Rate is 105–117 GBP per day, with opportunities to support intervention groups and dedicated learning plans for pupils

Qualifications

• Experience working with students with SEN (ASD, PMLD).
• Ability to build relationships with pupils and support their learning.
• Experience with students aged 11–18 in a secondary setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support for pupils with ASD/PMLD.
• Assist in intervention groups and general classroom activities.
• Support the school in Greenwich with SEN needs and learning objectives.
