Job summary

Nuffield Health Cambridge is seeking a part-time Clean Team Member to help maintain a clean, safe gym environment. You’ll work 10 hours weekly in our Cambridge FWC, with pro rata pay and a supportive team structure to fit around customers’ needs.

The role emphasises practical cleaning duties across gym, changing rooms, showers and poolside areas, using scrubbers and carpet cleaners with care and attention to safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning roles and maintaining hygiene standards.
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner.
• Good communication and teamwork to support a busy club environment.

Clean Team Member

Cambridge FWC | Cleaning | Permanent contract | Part time, £ **** 27,248 pro rata

As part of the Nuffield Clean Team at our gym, we’ll expect you to organise your work and plan your time with assistance from a Team Leader to ensure that cleaning never gets in the way of a customer’s experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment, products and this will be supported by a first‑class training programme. You have a friendly nature and good communication skills, which will come in handy when you’re interacting with colleagues and customers.
