Chinite Home Care limited is seeking a compassionate Male Care Assistant to support male clients in Colchester, travelling between visits to provide person-centred care in clients’ own homes.

You will deliver personal care with dignity, assist with daily tasks, and monitor wellbeing while recording visits and reporting changes to the team. A driving licence and UK vehicle access are essential, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for helping others.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Good communication skills and a caring, patient attitude.
• Ability to work flexibly, including some weekends.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
• Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check.

Male Care Assistant – Colchester (Domiciliary Care)

Chinite Home Care is looking for a compassionate and reliable Male Care Assistant to join our team in Colchester, providing high-quality domiciliary care to clients in their own homes. We are particularly seeking a male care assistant to support male clients who have expressed a preference for male personal care.

About the Role

As a Male Care Assistant, you will travel between clients' homes in the Colchester area, delivering person-centred care that helps people live safely and independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

Providing personal care with dignity and respect

Assisting with medication in line with care plans

Supporting with meal preparation, light housekeeping and shopping

Helping clients with mobility and everyday tasks

Providing companionship and emotional support

Accurately recording care visits and reporting any changes in clients' needs

Requirements
