Our practice ownership model is designed to make your dream a reality with a flexible investment approach. For sole ownership, the initial personal investment is £20,000. If you choose to partner with a co‑owner, the investment is reduced to £15,000 per partner. Situated within Pets at Home, this new Vets for Pets practice offers the opportunity to convert an existing Pets at Home client base into loyal customers for your in‑store veterinary clinic, benefiting from high footfall and the trust that comes with being part of a well‑established brand.
• The brand‑new world‑class veterinary practice currently has plans for 3 consult rooms, X‑ray, operating theatre, pharmacy, laboratory, preparation area, separate cat and dog wards, an isolation ward, separate cat and dog waiting areas, fully branded reception area and an office.

You’ll start with a two‑year loan repayment holiday, which allows you to focus on establishing your practice. Once loans are repaid, you’ll benefit from 100% profit twice‑annual dividends enjoying the rewards of all your hard work.
