MCC Label in Daventry, Northamptonshire, invites applications for an SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die) Operative role. You will perform efficient press changeovers while upholding site safety and environmental objectives.

This position supports lean improvements in SMED and yield, with emphasis on accurate Radius data handling. You will load information accurately, assist in delivering the print plan on time and cost-effectively, and help drive initiatives to reduce changeover times.
