Qualifications

• Must be at a Skilled Level in one discipline either Mechanical or Electrical and at an Instructed Level in the other discipline.
• Experience in a manufacturing or technical environment (FMCG) preferred.
• High level of safety awareness and practical creativity required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety policy is understood and followed.
• React quickly to breakdowns to minimize impact on production.
• Support WCM pillar activities and maintain workplace organization.

GCSEs A-C or equivalent in Maths, English and Science

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Computer Literacy

Analysing data, prioritisation and organisational skills

Education

Technical Qualification (formal engineering apprenticeship + NVQ 3 in both disciplines)
