Home Instead Senior Care is seeking Care Companions & Elderly Befrienders for local community roles in North Walsham. The position offers up to 20 hours per week with flexible part-time hours and a pay rate of £11 per hour plus holiday pay.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; full driving licence and access to a vehicle desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social interaction during 1‑hour visits.
• Assist with shopping, appointments, clubs and hobbies.
• Prepare simple meals and light household tasks.
• Prompting and assisting with medication as needed.
• Support getting in and out of the shower and getting dressed.
• Help to and from the toilet as needed.
