Are you a skilled and motivated individual with a passion for hands-on work and problem-solving? We’re looking for a Maintenance Worker to join our dynamic Property Services team. What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving our properties. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out a wide range of general maintenance tasks including building, drainage, brickwork, joinery, plumbing, glazing, plastering, flooring, painting, tiling, fencing, and roofing.
  • Supporting both planned maintenance and emergency response workstreams.
  • Operating tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assisting tradespeople (e.g. Joiners, Plumbers) on more complex jobs.
  • Handling materials, receiving deliveries, and keeping work areas tidy and organised.
  • Using handheld devices to record completed work and report defects.
  • Following health and safety procedures, risk assessments, and method statements.
  • Participating in our on‑call rota to respond to emergency repairs.
