The Role

We’re looking for a practical, reliable, and proactive Maintenance and Warehouse Operative to join our friendly team in Hinckley. This is a varied, hands‑on position within an engineering environment – ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, equipment, and machinery and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning, maintaining, and preparing tools and equipment for projects
  • Managing stock and ensuring accurate inventory control
  • Packing, loading, and unloading materials for UK and overseas projects
  • Transporting equipment for calibration and carrying out local deliveries
  • Maintaining company vehicles and assisting with general site upkeep
  • Supporting the project team with day-to-day engineering tasks as required
About You

You’ll have at least 3 years’ experience in a maintenance or warehouse role, with a solid understanding of how to work safely and efficiently in a hands‑on technical environment.
