Job summary

GO Car Wash is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, repair, and maintain equipment across multiple car wash sites. You will work with site leaders to ensure daily operations run smoothly while managing costs and uptime.

Applicants should have 2+ years in industrial equipment troubleshooting, experience with compressors, motors, VFDs, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and power tools. Forklift and welding skills are a plus, with a high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in industrial/ commercial equipment troubleshooting.
• Experience with air compressors, electrical, 3 phase motors, VFDs, motor controls, hydraulics, plumbing, and pneumatics.
• Proficiency in the safe use of power tools and heavy equipment.
• Forklift, welding and electrical experience and/or certification preferred, but not required.
• Car wash experience preferred, but not required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and service equipment at multiple GO Car Wash locations.
• Work with the site leaders to ensure day-to-day maintenance and equipment is kept in good working order while controlling costs.
• Follow safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and basic electrical/mechanical tasks.

As a Maintenance Technician at GO Car Wash, you’ll be responsible for installing, repairing, and servicing equipment at multiple car washes. You’ll work with your leader and site managers to ensure the day-to-day maintenance and equipment is maintained while managing costs, necessary to give our customers a convenient, consistent, exceptional car wash experience.

For you to be successful, we’re looking for:

• 2+ years’ experience in industrial/ commercial equipment troubleshooting.

Base wage is starting at $27 per hour. We also offer competitive health, 401(k), and paid time off benefits, plus free car washes, as well as an opportunity to grow your career with us You will be paid for commute, drive time along with a company provided vehicle, fuel card and power tools.

Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
