Maintenance Technician (Plumber)

Location: American Express Stadium, Brighton and American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing (BN15, England)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 35 hours per week. Working in accordance with the maintenance rota. Includes evenings and weekends.

About the Role

Join our in‑house maintenance team to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the club’s facilities, including the stadium, training grounds and other associated areas.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a range of plumbing tasks such as installations, modifications, and repairs.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and general repair work.
  • Respond to emergency repairs in a timely manner, prioritising urgent issues to minimise disruption.
  • Maintain compliance with plumbing regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a plumber in a similar setting or high‑profile organisation.
  • Excellent knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, fittings and regulations.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills for diagnosing and repairing issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
