Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of plant equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure all equipment is in top working condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards within the facility.
• Schedule: 12‑hour night shifts, Monday – Friday (57.5 paid hours).
• Hours: 17:30 PM – 05:30 AM.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous maintenance or mechanical experience (industrial setting preferred).
• Knowledge of conveyors, eddy currents, shredders, disk spreaders, Tomra’s.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of safety protocols.
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as needed.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting and movement.
