Maintenance Technician
Location: West Bromwich
Salary: £49,000 + Excellent Company Benefits Package

At our UKP Site D facility, we are driving significant changes in our engineering operations, focusing on efficiency, continuous improvement, and equipment reliability.
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll ensure equipment runs efficiently through reactive and preventative maintenance. You'll minimize downtime, support continuous improvement projects, and maintain safety and food standards while working closely with colleagues across the site.
This role is ideal for a hands‑on engineer who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment. If you have a mix of electrical and mechanical skills and a passion for problem‑solving, we'd love to hear from you. Previous experience in FMCG or food manufacturing is helpful, but we're open to candidates keen to develop their skills further.
