David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Operative in Bromsgrove to ensure all equipment is safe and fully functional, supporting a premium health and wellness environment.

You will work across our clubs, maintaining pool plant systems and general facilities while displaying strong communication and hands-on technical skills. A full driving licence and STA-like pool qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in carpentry, plumbing or electrical work.
• Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar) required.
• Full driving licence and ability to travel between clubs within your region.
• Strong engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all club equipment is functioning and safe for members and staff.
• Maintain pool plant systems and related facilities to high standards.
• Assist with general maintenance and quick repairs to minimise downtime.
