Homes for Students is recruiting a Maintenance Operative for The Propeller Quarter property in Bristol. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, ensure statutory compliance, and maintain property condition.

The role involves liaising with suppliers and contractors and delivering a high-quality service to residents. We value proactive, well-organised team players who can work with minimal supervision and adapt to a range of trade tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous property maintenance experience or trade qualification with multi-skill capability.
• Knowledge of safe working methods and health and safety requirements.
• Ability to report actions and keep stakeholders informed.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance within the property.
• Ensure statutory compliance is maintained at all times.
• Maintain property condition and report issues promptly to stakeholders.
• Contribute to a high-quality customer experience through fast, effective repairs.
