Job summary

Priory Group at Life Works House in Old Woking, Surrey, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a part-time role (30 hours per week). The pro rata salary is £21,600 per annum.

You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, repairs and minor improvements to keep the site safe and welcoming for colleagues, patients and visitors, with a focus on high standards and working independently with support from the team.

Description

Priory Life Works House has an opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is offered on a Part Time basis working 30 hours per week. The pro rata salary for this role is £21,600 per annum. Life Works House is a residential treatment service in Old Woking, Surrey, providing support for adults. The service is located approximately two miles from Woking town centre and is accessible by public transport, with local bus stops a 2–5 minute walk away and Woking railway station approximately a 10-minute taxi journey from the site.

What you\'ll be doing

As a Maintenance Technician, you\'ll help keep our site safe, well maintained and welcoming for colleagues, patients and visitors. You\'ll carry out planned and reactive maintenance, repairs and minor improvement works, ensuring our Property Maintenance Standards are met while contributing to a safe, efficient and well-cared-for environment.
