A holiday management company in Tees Valley is seeking a Multi-skilled Maintenance Technician. The candidate will conduct general maintenance, respond to emergencies, and perform various repairs across our properties. Candidates must have experience in plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Were looking for a hardworking driven and passionate candidate to join our Maintenance Team as we continue our growth in 2025 helping our owners to maintain their high quality properties and to ensure our guests receive the very best customer service whilst staying with us. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the fastest growing holiday management companies in the UK.
This role requires you to travel to our properties across the North East and surrounding areas. A company van and fuel card will be provided. There will also be an element of on call needed.
This is a full-time 40hr contract - working 5 days over 7 days. Salary is based on 15ph with additional compensation for call-outs.
You will conduct general maintenance of buildings and our holiday homes including undertaking repairs and responding to guest emergency call outs - providing an excellent standard of work and customer service. You will be skilled in a variety of areas including plumbing carpentry and electrical systems.
Job duties vary from performing highly technical maintenance work like electrical maintenance to more everyday maintenance where you will be completing routine and emergency repairs to buildings equipment fixtures fittings and building systems.
To excel in this position you must be an outstanding problem solver with exceptional communication and organisational skills.
