This opportunity offers on-the-job training alongside formal learning, providing a pathway to develop essential skills in a dynamic engineering environment. As an apprentice you will earn and learn on the job from experienced colleagues to gain job specific skills. You will have the opportunity to develop your professional skills through formal learning at the college and in house training. Obtaining either a HNC at college, one day release or HND in own time whilst being trained and mentored by the Maintenance Manager on the specialist equipment on site. As you work your way through the apprenticeship you will be under the guidance of our experienced engineers who will support you to become a proficient maintenance professional. You will gain hands on experience in responding to breakdowns , installation of new machinery, repairing existing fixtures and many more attributes.
