Job summary

Just Temps is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a well-established business on the outskirts of Woodbridge, Suffolk. You will conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify and address maintenance issues, with working hours Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm.

Starting salary is £30,000 - £34,000 per annum. Benefits include holiday pay on each hour worked, a pension after a qualifying period and access to employee rewards with 1,400 offers.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance preferred.
• Familiar with hand tools and power tools.
• Basic plumbing and carpentry knowledge would be beneficial.
• Must hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle – essential.
• Immediately available or available to start at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the building's interior and exterior areas.
• Handle basic plumbing and carpentry repairs as needed.
• Assist with groundskeeping and landscape maintenance, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain and repair hardscape features such as walkways, fences, and gates.

Maintenance Technician - Just Temps is currently recruiting for an experience Maintenance Technician to join a well-established business based in the outskirts of Woodbridge, Suffolk.
