Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is seeking a Mobile fitter based in Harlow to cover a mapped-out area and service specialist site equipment on major housebuilding sites. The role includes training customer operatives in safe equipment usage and maintaining workshop equipment.

You will work Mon-Fri, 6am starts with overtime paid at time and a half; occasional Saturday mornings during busy periods. Basic salary is £36,496 for a 47.5 hour week. Interviews on 1st September.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence suitable for 3.5T van.
• Previous mechanical or electrical fitting experience would be beneficial but full training will be given.
• Ability to communicate effectively within a key customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and repairing specialist equipment from a fully equipped mobile workshop.
• Full training will be given providing an extensive skill set spanning both mechanical and electrical disciplines.
• Training our customer`s operatives in the use of the equipment using a structured training system.
• Customer care will be your principle priority in ensuring market leading service.

• Working from a fully equipped mobile workshop, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing specialist equipment.
• Full training will be given providing you with an extensive skill set spanning both mechanical and electrical disciplines.
• You will also be responsible for training our customer`s operatives in the use of the equipment using a structured training system.
• Customer care will be your principle priority in ensuring market leading service.

Essential Job Requirements

• Full UK driving licence suitable for 3.5T van
• Previous mechanical or electrical fitting experience would be beneficial but full training will be given.
• Ability to communicate effectively within a key customer service role.

Hours are standard Mon- Friday, 6am starts with overtime paid at time and half, Occasional Saturday mornings are required at busy times.

Basic salary is £36,496 for a 47.5 hour week excluding breaks.

Overtime is paid after the 9.5 hours.
