Fora is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to keep our London spaces running smoothly and looking their best. You will manage your workload through FreshService, perform day‑to‑day repairs and proactively walk sites to maintain high presentation standards.

You will support member requests, log issues, and contribute to safe, seamless experiences for everyone using Fora locations. The role requires hands-on maintenance skills and strong communication to an on-site team.

Qualifications

Solid all-round building maintenance skills (painting, minor repairs, mounting, tiling, furniture builds).
Experience in a customer-facing building or multi-site facilities environment.
Confident with hand and power tools.
Experience coordinating with contractors.
Ability to manage tasks using FreshService.
Clear, friendly written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Building maintenance and visual standards: complete tasks via FreshService and uphold visual audits.
Communication and coordination: update site managers and hand over work to contractors.
Organisation and stock management: plan daily priorities and keep storage tidy; manage stock.
Health, safety and compliance: follow policies and current H&S legislation.

About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, hands‑on Maintenance Technician to help keep our buildings running smoothly and looking their best. You'll manage your workload through our in‑house system, FreshService, stay organised throughout the day, and work to ensure everything is completed to a high standard.

In this role, you'll help keep our spaces up to FORA's exceptional standards, completing day‑to‑day repairs, resolving maintenance tickets, supporting member requests, and carrying out proactive building walks to maintain a consistently high level of presentation across the site.

Your work will play a key part in creating a safe, seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone who uses our spaces.

What You'll Do

Building Maintenance & Visual Standards

Complete general maintenance tasks assigned through FreshService.
Ensure your buildings consistently meet (and exceed!) our visual standard audits.
Carry out regular building walks and log anything that needs attention.
Always leave your workspace clean, tidy, and ready for the next task.

Communication & Coordination

Keep general managers of our Workspaces updated on progress of tasks
Provide clear handovers when passing jobs to third‑party contractors.
Flag recurring issues to your supervisor and ask for support where needed.

Organisation & Stock Management

Plan your day effectively to support the building's priorities.
Keep storage areas well‑organised and fully COSHH compliant.
Maintain stock levels and help speed up turnaround by ordering accurately.

Health, Safety & Compliance

Follow all FORA policies and current H&S legislation.
Work safely, responsibly, and with pride in the standards you set.

Requirements

We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have...
