We are now looking for a Maintenance Technicianto join theteam at our Goole site working Monday-Friday day shifts (with some flexibility to provide cover for production shifts as required).

Responsibilities
  • providing planned and unplanned maintenance support.
  • carrying out in-process adjustments and repairingpneumatic and mechanical equipment when necessary.

What you need
  • A Mechanical or Electrical qualification, ideally apprentice trained with post qualification experience in an industrial (preferably chemical) environment.
  • GCSE level qualifications or equivalent.
  • A good level of computer literacy.
  • Previous experience of maintenance management SAP systems .
  • Counterbalance forklift license, MEWPS and PASMA certification, Siemens hardware/programme experienceand/or PLC/SCADA experience would be an advantage.
  • Ability to read and understand P&ID.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving.
