We are fortunate as a charity to benefit from a remarkable property and estates offering, with a dedicated team that supports all areas of our organisation — from Adult Services and Portfield School to 19-25 Futures and the Charity Hub office team.

We are now looking to recruit a part‑time Maintenance Operative to help support the upkeep and maintenance of all charity‑owned assets three days a week.

A day in the life of a Maintenance Operative would include:
  • Carrying out installations, renovations and planned maintenance across charity grounds
  • Effectively respond to maintenance tickets in a professional and timely manner
  • Providing updates on projects to internal stakeholders
  • Working with a variety of power tools
