Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators and coach bodies. You will handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical tasks with attention to detail and safety.

The role requires hands-on repair experience; Camping World will support certification for individuals not already certified, and may consider related trades. A valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Certification in trade field helpful, but experience considered
  • Minimum 1 year service technician experience preferred
  • RVIA certification helpful but not required
  • Exposure to heights and hazards with electrical/welding equipment
  • Possible exposure to heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust and wetness
  • Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling and bending
  • Must furnish own hand/shop tools
  • Lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
  • Valid driver's license preferred

Job description

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) for our growing team.

We are ideally looking for someone with advanced diagnostic and repair skills for Recreational Vehicle (RV) coach systems, generators and coach body repairs. Someone who is passionate about fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance problems would be ideal. A successful Recreational Vehicle (RV) Technician will have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated and well-versed in all maintenance and repairs. Camping World will pay to certify individuals not already certified. What You’ll Do:

  • Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
  • Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance

What You’ll Need to Have for the Role:

Pay Range:

$22.00-$53.71 Hourly
