Purpose of Job

To provide efficient and effective moves and changes support to the Airbus UK Broughton, ensuring general appearance of the grounds are maintained in accordance with the required standards. Observe safe working practices in carrying out the required duties and ensure that instructions specified by management are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the professional image of CBRE at all times.
  • Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all CBRE employees and clients’ representatives.
  • Ensure that planned/reactive work is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices, inclusive of Winter Contingency and associated gritting.
  • Identify any defects found to Line Manager.
  • Attend site and carry out reactive repairs as instructed by Line Manager.
  • Clear litter, leaves and debris from around the site, and clean up spillages as required.
  • Use small road sweeper to clean road edges and general site.
  • Dispose of waste materials in a safe, hygienic manner ensuring that it is available for collection as required.
  • Undertake porterage tasks as required, deliveries etc.
  • Undertake handyperson duties such as painting and pat testing as directed by management.
  • Maintain appropriate records for QHSE logbooks.
  • Assist and host where necessary, personnel visiting the site such as contractors.
  • Comply with the requirements of Health and Safety, other relevant legislation and CBRE policies.
  • Assist with roof repairs, ACO and gutter cleans.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job.

Accountabilities
  • The position is to cover the Airbus Broughton site and will report to the Fabric Supervisor /External Manager.
  • The post holder does not have any directly reporting staff.
  • This post carries no direct budgetary responsibility.
