Qualifications

Effective communicator with strong problem-solving ability
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with safe working practices, equipment design, and build
Willingness to travel occasionally to supplier or partner sites if required
Flexible, proactive, and accountable with strong initiative

Location: Bridgwater

Hours: Double days - 6am - 2pm/ 2pm - 10pm

Salary: Dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across all site machinery and infrastructure
  • Respond rapidly to equipment breakdowns and implement effective solutions
  • Support operations by resolving mechanical issues impacting production efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and resolve complex faults
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and site procedures
  • Complete actions from the Corrective Action Report (CAR) system
  • Communicate maintenance plans and machine handovers with relevant departments
  • Assist with commissioning, upgrades, and configuration of machinery and facilities
  • Maintain detailed records of work completed, parts used, and fault analysis
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site
Key Skills
