Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals in the United Kingdom is seeking a maintenance technician for our accommodation division in Birmingham. You will ensure equipment is maintained to the highest standards while meeting customer expectations, including pre handover inspections.

This role requires basic DIY and plumbing skills, a strong commitment to health and safety, and a collaborative, flexible approach on a busy site.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the accommodation unit industry is advantageous; training can be provided.
• Basic DIY skills to support on-site tasks.
• Basic plumbing skills for minor maintenance work.
• Ability to follow standard health and safety procedures in a busy environment.
• Team player with a flexible approach to work demands.

About The Role
