Qualifications

  • Solid experience in a maintenance or engineering management role, ideally within hospitality or a similar setting.
  • Previous experience in painting is desirable.
  • Flexibility to respond to urgent repairs, including availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call duties.

  • Work as part of the maintenance team, cultivating a proactive and hands-on approach to repairs, upgrades, and day-to-day operations that support a smooth guest experience
  • Participate in a preventative maintenance programme, extending the life of equipment and facilities to avoid unexpected interruptions and keep everything running like clockwork
  • Swiftly address maintenance needs, from emergency repairs to room upgrades, delivering a reliable and safe environment for guests and staff alike
