Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair of equipment and systems. This role requires a proactive approach to problem‑solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Duties
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Maintain all equipment, tools and plant in a safe and good condition, liaising with external suppliers and services where necessary.
  • Maintain the school grounds to a high standard, ensuring the grounds are litter free.
  • Maintain and document scheduled health and safety checks.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from our staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and replacements.
Experience

Proven experience in maintenance roles, with the ability to carry out DIY tasks, having previously worked within a school would be an advantage. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
